Delete your account

Calorify (app by Calorify, package pk.calorify.app) — how to permanently delete your account and data.

Option 1 — in the app (under a minute)

Open Calorify and go to the Profile tab.
Tap “Delete my account & data” under your account card.
Confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Option 2 — by email (no app needed)

Email team@paymo.com.pk with the subject “Account deletion”, sent from the Google or Apple email you signed in with (so we can verify it's you). We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your account (Google/Apple sign-in link, name, email).
Your food log history, weight history, goal & plan.
Your subscription entitlement records, promo redemptions, and lookup history.

What we keep

Feedback and menu corrections you sent are kept in anonymized form (your name and account are removed) — they contain no personal data and help fix wrong calorie values.
Nothing else. There is no recovery window: deleted means deleted.

Two things deletion does NOT do

It does not cancel an active Pro subscription — subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel in your store's subscription settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions).
It does not remove the app from your phone — uninstall it like any app.
