These terms are an agreement between you and Calorify ("we", "us") covering the Calorify app and website. By using Calorify you accept them. The short version: our numbers are careful estimates, not medical advice; subscriptions are billed and cancelled through your app store; be decent.
Calorify shows calorie and nutrition information for Pakistani restaurant menus and home food, and lets you log what you eat, track your weight, and follow a calorie plan. Every restaurant value carries a badge — Official (published by the restaurant), Derived (adapted from the same franchise's data in other markets), or Estimated (ingredient-based modelling). Our methodology is explained inside the app.
Calorie and nutrition values in Calorify are informational estimates. Real-world portions vary, recipes change, and kitchens differ. Calorify is not medical, dietary, or health advice, and no accuracy is guaranteed. Never rely on Calorify for allergen, ingredient, or medical decisions — always confirm directly with the restaurant. Talk to a doctor before major dietary changes, and don't use Calorify if a calorie-tracking app is unsuitable for your health situation (for example, a history of disordered eating).
You can use core parts of Calorify without an account. Signing in with Google or Apple backs up your data and syncs it across devices. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use Calorify. You can permanently delete your account and all synced data anytime in the app: Profile → Delete my account & data.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping or bulk-extracting our database, no reverse engineering, no reselling our data, no attacking or overloading our systems, and no using someone else's account without permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
The Calorify app, brand, design, and database are ours. Restaurant names appearing in Calorify are trademarks of their respective owners, used only to identify their menus (nominative use). Calorify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant. Restaurants who want a value corrected can reach us at the address below — we fix real errors fast.
Feedback, corrections, and suggestions you send may be used to improve Calorify without obligation to you. They may be kept in anonymized form even after account deletion.
Calorify is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or PKR 1,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update, change, or discontinue features. If we materially change these terms, we'll note it in the app and update the date above — continuing to use Calorify after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes belong to the courts of Pakistan.
